Summer 2012 will mark the passing of several celebrities here in Quebec City! Besides Madonna, who as we all know will be in concert on the Plains September 1st, our beautiful capital will also host the famous Whoopi Goldberg, who will close the “Grand Rire”, with its one woman show, An Evening With Whoopi Goldberg . The show will take place on July 1st at 7:30pm at the Agora du Vieux-Port. It will be presented in English and will not be subtitled.
As 
part of the Summer Festival, we will also be hosting Bon Jovi, Aerosmith and Our Lady Peace. The three shows will be held on the Bell Stage on the Plains of Abraham. The singer Sarah McLachlan, rocker Johnny Hallyday and The Offspring will also be present. I’m betting it’ll be another busy summer in Quebec City! The atmosphere promises to be festive 🙂
