When staying in the Old Quebec during your Christmas visit you will definitely want to go see the German Christmas Market. At the Place de l’Hotel de Ville (City Hall), from  November 24 to  December 18, you can immerse yourself into the magical atmosphere of a small German village where the ambiance is lovely and the food is great!

German delicacies are available such as:  mulled wine, German Christmas cakes, gingerbread, grilled sausages, and roasted chestnuts.  The baguette with melted cheese is absolutely delicious. Also, try the delicious german crèpes filled with chocolate and a dusting of powdered sugar.  The irresistible freshly baked pretzels are sure to warm the belly during a cool winter walk.

Original gifts, decorations, local products and crafts from Germany and the Quebec region make great and original gifts to offer your loved ones!

every day from 11h to 20h
Sunday from 11h to 18h
closed Mondays and Tuesdays
