Quebec City hosts the Snowboard Jamboree, February 20 – 26th,

From February 20 to 26, Quebec City and Stoneham Ski Resort will host the 2012 Snowboard Jamboree, a great festival a for snowboarding fans … and full of excitement!

The Jamboree and World Cup bring together the best world-class athletes, with amateur competitions and a huge big air competition in the heart of downtown Quebec City. The Big Air is located at the entrance to the Dufferin-Montmorency highway, 40 meters high and 110 meters long. World Cup Big Air, which will take place onFriday 24 and Saturday, February 25, is a veritable gold mine for photographers who can capture the vivid spectacular jumps in an absolutely picturesque setting!  I walk past the jump setting regularly, and all I can think of is how insane and awesome these athletes must be.  Intense!

February 25 at 9:00 p.m., you can attend the Fashion Jam in the festival. Held at the Convention Center, the Fashion Jam is a fashion show and will be broadcast live with World Cup Big Air and Stairmasters. You can reserve your seat for $ 36 (the event is 18 +).

The Snowboard Jamboree attracted over 50,000 people last year, so take your car and go to the Stoneham Ski Resort, or then join us on 24 and 25 of February for the World Cup big air to be held here in the city center, just five minute walk from our hotel!
